• Who organizes SocialCentral?

  • What should I bring?

    Please bring your confirmation (either on your phone or printed), and your ID. We also recommend you bring something to take notes with, your business cards, and a water bottle.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    If you are unable to attend, SocialCentral tickets may be transferred to another person (with a $25 + GST administration fee), using the process described below under 'Ticket Transfers'.

    Alternatively, you may request a partial refund:

    Ticket cancellations occurring on or before February 17, 2020, will be refunded, less a $25 +GST administrative fee. Cancellations occurring between February 17 to March 9, 2020, will be refunded 80%. Cancellations occurring between March 19 to April 1, 2020, will be refunded 50%.

    NOTE: No refunds for SocialCentral 2020 tickets will be given after April 1, 2020.

  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Tickets can be transferred to another person (with a $25 + GST administration fee) by clicking "View and manage your order online" on your original ticket order. Please note: No ticket transfers can be accepted after April 1, 2020.

  • Where can I view the full schedule of events?

    We are currently building the schedule and will release in the months before SocialCentral. It will be posted online and in our app as soon as it becomes available.

  • Can I volunteer for SocialCentral?

    SocialCentral does offer limited volunteer opportunities. Please email info@socialcentral.co for more information.

  • Will there be refreshments available for purchase?

    Our awesome food and beverage sponsors will have complementary drinks and snacks available throughout the day. We ask that you bring your own water bottle and/or coffee mug to help us reduce our environmental impact. There are lots of lunch options nearby, and the theatre concession will be open for the afternoon break!

  • Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

    Sorry, we do not sell tickets at the door.

  • I'm not a professional social media or digital marketer. Is SocialCentral still right for me?

    Absolutely -- SocialCentral is for anyone using social or digital marketing to do better business. Most of our attendees are professionals who use these tactics as a part of a larger marketing program because they own their own business or work within small departments. All of our speakers are there to teach, not just talk, so you'll receive valuable instruction and have a chance to ask your questions.

  • What does my SocialCentral ticket include?

    Your ticket includes access to all speaker sessions and our after-party. When you arrive, you'll receive your lanyard and a welcome package. Throughout the day, you'll receive complementary snacks and beverages from our incredible sponsors. Lunch is not included, but there are lots of places to grab lunch nearby.

  • What are the Terms and Conditions of attending SocialCentral?

    As a friendly reminder, when you complete your ticket purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    SOCIALCENTRAL 2020 CODE OF CONDUCT The SocialCentral conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.At our sole discretion, and without refund, conference organizers reserve the right to expel from the conference, and any associated events, anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the conference or any other attendee.

    SOCIALCENTRAL 2020 PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE From time to time, SocialCentral uses photographs and videos of conference events in its promotional materials, on its website, and its social media accounts. By virtue of your attendance at SocialCentral sessions and events, all conference visitors agree to the use of their likeness in such materials.
